The Israel Police Force’s acquisitions, in the scope of some US.$400m per annum, are conducted via its acquisitions and sales department, in the Logistics Support division. The Israel Police Force, like any other government body, purchases only in accordance with the Tenders Law. This law, based on principles of equality, economic effectiveness and integrity, determines the modes for choosing the suppliers with whom we work, and the form of conduct with them. Import of goods to the Israel Police Force is via the Import Unit within the Acquisitions and Sales Department.
